Our Founder, Kacey Cardin, recognized the need to infuse energetics and ontology into the modern organizational landscape after years of coaching high-performing clients in the tech, finance, and legal industries. Initially sought out as a performance coach for entrepreneurs, she quickly realized that “success” meant more than achieving measurable goals: for most of her clients, the true success was not the “doing” of the goal itself but the ability to actually enjoy the process of achieving and experiencing it.
Kacey experienced her own epiphany in 2012, prompting her to walk away from a career as a professional opera singer to follow a nudge towards coaching and leadership development — an unexpected detour that led her to an unpredictable calling as an executive coach and plant medicine facilitator.
In 2017, she began to weave energetics and transpersonal transformation into her coaching approach, creating a unique coaching framework called Energetic Intelligence, and in 2020, she was invited to present a TEDx on Energetic Intelligence for Leaders.
As her practice grew and clients spread the word, Energetic Intelligence expanded to include Kacey’s founding partner, Jeff Zacharski, and a team of transformational experts that includes coaches, consultants, psychologists, shamans, sound healers, somatic therapists, and world class retreat facilities that host EnQ’s groundbreaking offsites, retreats, ceremonies, and coaching programs.
