A sacred retreat for soul level leaders
This is a rewilding.
A remembering. A rising.
Strip off your masks, shed your defenses, share your raw wisdom. Feel the feral feminine clawing her way out of your rigid conditioning. All in the heart of the rainforest - where the air is thick with life, where your body wakes before your mind — soft, electric, alive.
This is Metamorphosis — a sacred, sensual leadership immersion for powerful women ready to ignite their life force, deepen in sisterhood, and reclaim the wild intelligence of the feminine.
Plant medicine & integration
Dance, movement, and embodied ritual
Somatic & energetic leadership coaching
Laughter, liberation, and pure life force.
This isn’t a vacation.
It’s an initiation.
For women who are done dimming, done performing, and ready to remember.
Meet yourself in the mirror of sisterhood and leadership, and come out on the other side with a newfound sense of power and tenderness. Deep in the heart of the rainforest, this is an alchemical experience that will catalyze your deepest awakening and fullest expression.
Who is this for?
It's for you if you feel:
ready to embody deeper connection to yourself, humanity, nature, and your own nature
devoted to a healing journey that includes yoga, Chakralesque, plant medicine, erotic medicine, somatic medicine, and radical acceptance
called to your fullest expression as a powerhouse woman in this world
called to deepen into your own medicine and ability to hold space for others
you’re craving the wildness of the jungle, the power of the sun, and the shedding of inhibitions
you are on the brink of fully exposing your own raw wisdom and wild nature
What can you expect?
Cocooned in beautiful bungalows overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you'll awaken each day to stunning views of Costa Rican mountains, then spend your days immersed in nature and meeting yourself on a soul level with the sounds of tropical birds, monkeys, and waterfalls in the distance. Expect surprises and miracles along the way, and be prepared for:
hiking,
lounging on a pristine and secluded beach,
yoga and Chakralesque on a mountaintop,
redesigning any part of your life that doesn’t fully turn you on,
exploring and deepening your relationship with desire, creativity, spirit, and power,
communing with the ancient wisdom of plant medicine,
the guidance of expert coaches and potent healers.
Throughout the week, you will dance in and out of your comfort zone, expanding your capacity for joy, pleasure, connection, courage, and vulnerability, until you emerge and prepare to re-enter your life feeling renewed, reborn, and ready to live as your most divinely empowered self.
All packages include nourishing farm-to-table meals, lodging, and daily transformational exercises and activities, including but not limited to Cacao Ceremony, yoga classes, Chakralesque classes, group coaching, Forest Bathing, plant medicine, and meditation ceremonies
